My name is Martina Nathan. Since exercise, movement, working with children, and self-development are my life, I decided to combine my experiences and offer to the world what I enjoy. I am dedicated to Montessori pedagogy, secure attachment, children’s yoga, and bilateral therapy. In my life, I enjoy practicing mindfulness, love deep work exercises, and taking walks in nature.

My name is Martina, and I work as a housekeeper at the DRUHÝ KROK kindergarten. I enjoy working among children, and there is not a day when I don’t learn something new from them. Their smiles and the drawings I take home are my greatest rewards. 🙂 I spend my free time mainly with my son and my family. Our favorite activity is traveling across Europe in a camper with an unclear destination.

My name is Gabriela, and I am in charge of all HR and operational matters at Bylinky. I work very closely with the director and the teachers. My dream has always been to work somewhere where it has a meaningful impact on society as a whole. I wanted to be part of an organization where I can contribute to finding a balance between ensuring employee satisfaction and the well-being of the community in which people work. Only in this way can we provide loving care to children and their parents. 🙂

My name is Patrícia Šopoňová, and since childhood, I have always wanted to be a teacher. I love children’s curiosity, authenticity, and warmth, which are what fulfill me in this work. I enjoy reading books about personal development and find peace and joy in nature—whether in the forest, meadows, or solitude. While I enjoy tranquility, I also love people and working with them. Exercise is my passion, as is personal discipline in both movement and nutrition.
